Job Description Job Description I-CAN Kids is the not-for-profit child recreation program at Arrow Ford. I-CAN Kids offers a no-cost childcare option for Arrow employees for school-aged children. TheI-CAN Kids program was created in response to the difficulty of finding safe and reliable childcare for dealership staff who work later in the evenings or on Saturdays. I-CAN Kids staff create a safe and engaging environment for Arrow Ford staff's children to enjoyafterschool, on Saturdays, and on school holidays.Responsibilities:Oversee a daily census of 5-15 school-aged childrenFollow and contribute to the curriculum outlined by the I-CAN Kids DirectorMaintain a safe environment for staff and students alikeFoster positive relationships between I-CAN Kids students, staff, parents, and all Arrow Ford leadershipFollow all state, local, and organizational policies and regulationsQualifications:Must be 18 years or olderValid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from workCPR training strongly preferred – resources available to get certified once hiredAvailability to work evenings and SaturdaysAbility to pass all pre-employment testing including background check and drug screeningHours of Operation:After School Hours: 3:00PM-6:30PM Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-6:30PM SaturdayHoliday/Break Hours: 7:30AM-6:30PM Monday-SaturdayI-CAN Kids follows the AISD calendar for any holidays and breaks.
