This position offers steady work for the duration of the project and competitive hourly pay.Responsibilities:Manage all field activities related to steel erectionSupervise crews, foremen, and crane operationsEnsure compliance with OSHA regulations and site safety requirementsPlan and coordinate erection sequencing, crane picks, and manpowerReview and interpret structural drawings, erection plans, and lift plansConduct daily safety meetings and enforce safety standardsCoordinate with project management and other tradesTrack progress, productivity, and field issuesRequirements:Minimum 5 years of experience supervising steel erection workStrong understanding of structural steel erection, rigging, and crane operationsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawingsOSHA 30 preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to commit to the full 2-year projectCompensation:$38–$40 per hour, depending on experienceConsistent hoursLong-term project stability
