Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority-Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy-Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC-Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned-Exterior structural maintenance as needed-Assist in property grounds maintenance-Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system. Requirements:-High school diploma or equivalent-1 year experience in the maintenance field required-Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience-Light plumbing and electrical experience-HVAC experience and EPA Universal certification preferred-CPO Certification preferred-Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers-Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation.
