Laundry LUV is looking for a high-capacity leader to serve as the Store Manager of our Abilene location.

What You'll Be Responsible For As Store Manager, you are the leader of the store. You are responsible for:
Leadership & Culture
Hiring, training, and developing team members
Creating a positive, high-performance work environment
Holding team members accountable to standards
Modeling professionalism, integrity, and work ethic
Continually upholding company's Core Values.
Leading weekly team meetings and ongoing coaching conversations
Operations & Execution
Ensuring the store is clean, safe, and fully operational at all times
Managing daily opening and closing procedures
Monitoring machine performance and coordinating maintenance
Overseeing wash-dry-fold operations and quality control
Managing inventory and supply ordering
Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures
Financial Performance
Managing labor scheduling to optimize productivity
Driving revenue through excellent customer experience
Reviewing weekly performance metrics
Protecting profitability through disciplined expense management
Owning the store's P&L performance
Customer Experience
Creating a welcoming environment for every guest
Handling customer concerns with professionalism and care
Building loyalty through consistent service and high standards
What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who:
Has prior management or leadership experience (retail, hospitality, service, or operations preferred)
Is highly organized and detail-oriented
Takes initiative and solves problems independently
