Who You Are
You are a dedicated and detail-driven professional who believes in the power of organization, communication, and integrity to support a safer workplace. As someone who thrives in dynamic environments, you take pride in maintaining accurate safety records, assisting with incident documentation, and ensuring that the Safety and Medic team has the administrative foundation needed to operate efficiently and effectively.

What You'll Do
-Maintain and organize safety and medical records, including incident reports, daily logs, and compliance documents.
-Assist with scheduling on-site health screenings.
-Prepare reports, summaries, and updates.
-Assist with filing workers' comp or injury-related paperwork.
-Provide general administrative support, including data entry, printing, and filing.
-Administer drug and alcohol tests in accordance with DOT and non-DOT protocols.

What We're Looking For
-Previous administrative experience, preferably in a construction, safety, or medical setting.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Familiarity with safety protocols, OSHA documentation, or medical confidentiality practices is a plus.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Ability to work on-site in a dynamic and physically active construction environment.
-Excellent communication skills and a helpful, team-oriented attitude.

Schedule:
Rotating shifts
10-12 hour shifts
Day shift
Evening shift
Rotating Monday - Sunday
