Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Riatta Ranch apartment community in Abilene, TX. This is a Tax credit property with 126 units. This position will pay up to $18.50 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

Skills and Requirements
- Maintenance experience
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
- Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
- Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
