Hours & Pay

  • Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM (flexibility for additional hours as needed)
  • Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate material installations with customers to support smooth, on-time project completion
  • Work closely with the warehouse manager to ensure materials are staged and ready for daily installs
  • Visit job sites to assist with installations and learn hands-on installation processes
  • Read and interpret scopes of work, plans, and installation schedules
  • Receive, document, and track inventory entering and leaving the warehouse
  • Update project schedules using software systems and live spreadsheets
  • Communicate effectively with installers to support teamwork and productivity
  • Maintain flexibility to support changing project needs and timelines
What You'll Bring
  • Entry-level to early-career experience; 1 year of installation experience preferred
  • Background in flooring, cabinets, fabrication, or a related trade is a plus
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong work ethic
  • Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical, hands-on work
  • Basic computer skills with a willingness to learn office and scheduling systems
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Welding ability is a plus, but not required
