Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert - CPA, Enrolled Agent or Practicing Attorney - Seasonal Remote

What You Will Do

• Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries, advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Interact with customers through state‑of‑the‑art video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation, committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them.
• Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

What You Need

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days.

Compensation

Intuit Provides a Competitive Compensation Package With a Strong Pay For Performance Rewards Approach. The Expected Base Pay Range For This Position Is:

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
• Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
• Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
• Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
• Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
• Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
• New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
• New York: $28.80 - $36.50
• Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
• Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
• Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
