You will troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, escalating complex cases as needed. Your experience maintaining and following detailed documentation, operating with discipline, and responding to mission-critical scenarios aligns with this role. Work Environment:This is a hands-on position involving a 24/7 shift rotation to ensure optimal data center operations.
