Requirements

Two types of Data Scientists are required:

• One with a Software Engineering background
• One with a Research background

1. Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 23 years of relevant professional experience.

2. Core Data Science & Machine Learning Skillset

• Strong foundation in machine learning, with hands?on experience in model development and experimentation.
• Proficient in Python and experienced with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit?learn.
• Skilled in analyzing model behavior, diagnosing training issues, and designing experiments to optimize performance and reliability.

3. Applied Research & Experimentation

• Proven ability to read, synthesize, and critically evaluate academic research and technical literature.
• Experience designing and conducting rigorous experiments to validate hypotheses and measure solution effectiveness.
• Comfortable working with ambiguous problems and developing novel approaches to complex challenges.

4. Nice?to?Haves

• Experience with privacy?enhancing technologies such as anonymization, synthetic data generation, or differential privacy.
• Familiarity with frontend integration workflows (e.g., Next.js, React).
• Prior experience working in multi?disciplinary teams.

5. Mindset & Collaboration

• Curious and eager to learn new domains, especially data privacy.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non?technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast?paced Agile environment.
• Clear and effective communicator across diverse audiences.
