The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient at managing multiple projects, highly organized, analytical, and possesses effective communication skills. The role is focused on budget management, reporting, optimizations, and delivery monitoring for assigned accounts. This individual will work closely with the Paid Search Manager to develop a deep understanding of the search landscape and platform capabilities.Job Description & ResponsibilitiesHelp set up new campaigns including setting budgets, bid strategies, keyword list development, writing ad copy, ad extensions, and audience recommendationsMaintain working knowledge of platform, algorithm changes, and new targeting opportunities or products that may impact current accounts and circulate updates with internal teams and clientsResponsible for day-to-day monitoring of assigned search accounts including daily budget and delivery pacing, performance optimizations, and competitive/market activity. Ensure campaigns are on track to meet delivery goalsOwnership of campaign reporting based on set cadence and templates for assigned accountsAnalyze data and trends to identify opportunities to improve or understand any fluctuations in campaign performanceQualifications4+ years of experience managing digital media campaigns, with preference for paid search and/or paid social platforms4-year degree or equivalent work experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)Organized with strong attention to detail and communication skillsExperience in an advertising agency environment a plusGoogle Ad Words certification(s)Familiarity with relevant industry platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Bing, Google Ads Editor, etc.)Experience executing search engine marketing (paid search/ppc) campaignsUnderstanding of general search and digital media terminology, platforms, and trends#LI-HE1
