Job Title: Marketing Specialist
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Location: Corporate Office (FFC) - Remote
Position Description:
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that support our brand, internal teams, and external presence. From designing digital and print materials to managing our websites and social platforms, you'll play an important role in shaping our company's voice and visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Design marketing materials using Canva (and ideally Adobe InDesign /Illustrator/
- Photoshop).
- Support internal colleagues with customer service-style marketing requests.
- Create and schedule social media posts and campaigns.
- Track, measure, and optimize campaigns using HubSpot.
- Manage and update company websites built on WordPress.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Assist in brainstorming and executing new marketing strategies.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, or communications preferred.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in marketing, communication, graphic design, or digital marketing
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience with WordPress.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop).
- Three (3) years of experience with Canva.
- Two (2) years of experience with HubSpot for marketing automation and analytics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong design sense and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
