What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit students from assigned regions and achieve enrollment goals in academic quality and diversity
- Analyze market data to develop successful recruiting strategies
- Maintain consistent communication with prospective students and their families
- Assist in coordinating special recruiting events, including school visits and admissions workshops
- Complete productivity and expense reports in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a professing Christian and support the Christian mission of the employer
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree (preferably from the employer)
- Must live in the assigned market or region
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented with strong organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or recruiting, particularly in the educational sector
- Familiarity with contact management systems and Microsoft software
- High initiative and dependability in managing multiple tasks
- Experience in customer service or community engagement
