Director of Irrigation & Lighting

• Has 10-15 years of experience in irrigation and/or lighting systems.
• Is strategic, curious, and energized by problem-solving and growth.
• Knows how to lead people, manage systems, and drive change-with a strong desire to build something that lasts.
• Enjoys working outdoors and indoors, balancing fieldwork with leadership.
• Is ready to leave behind the headaches of running a business alone-but still wants to run the show.
• Preferably is licensed as a Licensed Irrigator.

You'll oversee all aspects of our irrigation and lighting division-strategy, team development, customer relationships, and expansion into new markets. This is your opportunity to grow your own operation within a well-resourced, supportive company that has your back.
