Irby Construction Company, a Quanta Services Company, is actively seeking an experienced Project Safety Coordinator to support Transmission Line (T-Line) projects across Texas. What You'll Do Serve as the on-site safety leader, actively supporting Irby's Safety Management System. Observe field operations to promote safe behaviors and correct unsafe conditions in real-time. Monitor compliance and integrate safety into daily project planning, including:Steel tower erection. T-line rigging/crane operations. Energized line work and clearance protocols. Lead safety meetings, deliver tailgate talks, and coach field teams. Manage site-specific incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions. Work directly with line crews, project managers, and foremen to reinforce safety cultureSupport safety audits, recordkeeping, and compliance with OSHA and company standards.
