We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Accountant to join our finance team at a growing manufacturing company. This role is critical in analyzing production costs, monitoring cost variances, and providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cost accounting principles, inventory management, and manufacturing operations.

The Inventory & Cost Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing financial inventory management processes while maintaining accurate cost accounting records.

Job DetailsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related disciplineMinimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management and cost accounting, ideally within a manufacturing or distribution environmentIn-depth knowledge of cost accounting principles, inventory valuation methodologies, and financial reporting standardsProficient in ERP systems and inventory management softwareAdvanced Excel skills with demonstrated experience using financial analysis tools and techniques
