About the Role
As a Part-Time Overnight Warehouse Associate at Lowe's, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth flow of products from our warehouse to the sales floor during overnight hours. Your hard work will directly contribute to our store's efficiency and effectiveness in meeting customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and Unloading: Efficiently unload incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and inspecting items for damage during overnight hours.
• Stocking and Organizing: Stock shelves and storage areas with merchandise, ensuring everything is organized and in the right place.
• Order Fulfillment: Prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery, laying the groundwork for the busy daytime operations.
• Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts, ensuring accurate records are maintained for inventory.
• Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified), safely during shifts.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including wearing necessary safety gear.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to promote effective overnight operations.
• Maintaining Overnight Efficiency: Prepare the store for the next day's business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform strenuous tasks overnight.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capable of working independently and efficiently during overnight hours.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
• Forklift certification preferred (if required for specific duties).
• Must be available to work overnight shifts.
