We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Accountant to join our finance team at a growing manufacturing company. This role is critical in analyzing production costs, monitoring cost variances, and providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cost accounting principles, inventory management, and manufacturing operations.

The Inventory & Cost Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing financial inventory management processes while maintaining accurate cost accounting records.

Job Details

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management and cost accounting, ideally within a manufacturing or distribution environment
• In-depth knowledge of cost accounting principles, inventory valuation methodologies, and financial reporting standards
• Proficient in ERP systems and inventory management software
• Advanced Excel skills with demonstrated experience using financial analysis tools and techniques
