We are a nation firm focused on commercial real estate. Development and Construction services, investments and real estate development.

Our team is growing and we need an experienced commercial/industrial Construction Manager in the Phoenix area.
Position Overview
The Construction Manager will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, while maintaining safety and compliance regulations in both commercial and industrial environments, particularly in data center construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Manage on-site construction activities and supervise construction crews and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation and financial tracking.
  • Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain the best terms and conditions.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to construction activities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experienced in construction management, with a focus on commercial and industrial projects.
  • Proven experience managing data center construction projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Proficient in construction management software and tools.

Benefits

$85,000-$125,000/year salary
