Our client is one of Texas leading construction general contractors in the state of Texas. They have a steady pipeline filled with many repeat clients. Known for offering great mentorship and leadership, our client is looking to add their next Senior Project Manager in Abilene, Texas.

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and act as consultant for the Project Managers on staff overseeing multiple projects
• Document control (RFIs, change orders, claims, etc.)
• Assisting and supporting project team with daily project coordination
• Procurement of construction materials
• Coordinate bid process with subcontractors
• Business development/networking capabilities
• Assume significant responsibility for meeting schedule, budget, and quality goals
• Interact with clients with a business development mindset

The Successful Applicant

What our client is looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar
• 15+ years of healhtcare project management experience with a General Contractor
• Experience with construction management software
• Proven ability to oversee a team and act as a leader
• Time management skills
• Ability to run multiple projects at once
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ground up stat to finish $40-$80 Million dollar hospital projects
